  • Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Inspection: We will inspect the returned items within 7 working days of receiving them. If the item is in new condition, we will issue a full refund of the item's price.
  • Shipping Costs: The cost of the original shipment will not be refunded. The cost of return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Condition of Returned Items: If the returned item is found to be used or blemished in any way, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
  • Defective Items: In the case that an item is delivered to the customer in a non-working condition, we will replace the item at no extra cost.
